rise — tự tăng, không Object

raise + O — làm tăng cái gì

affect + O — động từ

Pollution affects health.

have an effect on + N — danh từ

Pollution has an effect on health.

discuss / talk about

discuss + N — không thêm “about”

reach / arrive

reach + N — đạt tới một con số, mốc

Verb + Noun: học theo cụm

Động từ và danh từ thường đi thành cụm quen thuộc. Hạn chế dịch từng từ từ tiếng Việt.
